Will Seymour

With a back history of 20 years of delivery, including large scale transformation programmes in the UK, Europe, Africa, and Australia, portfolio management on a global scale, as well as some time in the COO seat, Will is now focused on clients in NZ ranging from start-up digital enterprises through to large scale public sector. He has a particular interest in translating strategy into measurable outcomes and customer value, as well as developing highly effective operating models.

Gemma Tomlinson Blake

An experienced PMO Practitioner, P3O, PRINCE2, MSP and Agile Scrum Master, Gemma is an outgoing individual who enjoys a challenge. At home in high-pressure environments, she will maintain meticulous focus on detail and accuracy. Specialist in the creation and inception, as well as the re-look and re-design of existing PMO services, she will ensure alignment to the organisational strategy, whilst creating enduring and pragmatic outcomes. Experienced in delivering projects under multiple hybrid approaches and delivering enterprise-wide change management programmes. Gemma is based in Sydney and manages our Australian business.

Zaki Sobuctgeen

A strategic, analytical and committed team player; Zaki is a seasoned problem solver with 6 years of consulting and commercial experience and a track record of managing complex projects and leading impactful change initiatives in an international environment.

Zaki is passionate about strategy development and process improvement, his professional experience and education enable Zaki to identify business and project needs and make informed decisions to help any project succeed.
